The crowds, the atmosphere, and the sprint finishes – the 2025 Swansea Bay 10K – 3K Junior Race had it all! 🌊💨

The Rhondda AC duo of Alesha and Izzy showed off their speed and determination, proving all those training sessions on the track are paying off.

🏆 Alesha stormed home to claim the 1st Female trophy, adding yet another piece of silverware to her growing collection.
🥉 Meanwhile, Izzy lived up to her new nickname – “Whizzy Izzy” – blasting down the final stretch to bag a superb 3rd place bronze medal.

A huge thank you to the Swansea Bay 10K organisers and volunteers for putting on such a fantastic event – and to the brilliant coaches at Rhondda AC who turn hard work on the track into podium places on race day. 🙌
