Consistency IS key (no shocker there)!

You’ve heard that before, but let’s talk about it…because consistency doesn’t have to mean posting every day.

The algorithm (and your audience) likes to know when to expect content from you.

Listen, I know you have good intentions. You hear advice about being consistent and you decide to commit.

But then life happens, you create content on the fly, and all of the sudden it’s been a week since you’ve posted.

If you really want to be consistent you need to:

1. Be honest with yourself and determine how often you can realistically show up. Maybe that’s every day or maybe that’s a few days a week. I typically post in my feed Monday through Friday. Pick your days/times and stick to it.

2. Make a content plan so you know what you’re posting each day. I also like to batch create my reels so I have a bank to draw from.

3. Commit. Instagram can change your life, but you have to put in the work.
