Overview of the project :

This project focuses on reducing energy waste by using a piezoelectric generator to capture
mechanical energy from water pressure. The generator works through a device called a
piezoelectric transducer, which converts water pressure into electricity. When water flows
and creates pressure, the system detects it and generates an electrical charge. This charge is
then stored in capacitors and batteries, making it available to power devices like radios,
smartphones, or lighting systems, especially in places near waterfalls. For example, the
energy could be used to light up sidewalks near waterfalls, making them safer and more
convenient at night. The target location for this project is a waterfall sidewalk. By installing
this system, we can harness the power of flowing water to generate renewable energy. This
solution helps balance global energy needs and promotes more sustainable, energy-efficient
infrastructure in cities.
