Coconut Chutney is one of the staple #ChutneyRecipe in every Indian household.. This #Coconut Chutney is made with grated coconut, green chilli, cashew nuts and tempered with mustard seeds and curry leaves. Coconut Chutney Recipe:

Coconut (grated) - 1 Cup
Ginger - ½ inch
Roasted Gram - 1 tsp
Cashew Nut - 5 nos
Green Chilli - 1 no
Salt - ½ tsp
Water - ½ Cup

Tempering:

Coconut Oil - 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds - ¼ tsp
Curry Leaves - 10 nos
Dried Red Chilli (torn in half) - 1 no

Cooking Instructions:

1. Grind all the ingredients into a fine paste using water.

2. Heat oil and crackle mustard seeds. Turn off the heat and add curry leaves and dried red chilli.

3. Add the tempering to the chutney and mix.
