How to Fix Facial Asymmetry (for Mewing) *2022 Update

In a lot of cases, facial asymmetry is caused by an imbalance in the forces of the tongue.

One of my prior videos on asymmetry got a lot of comments with people seeing results fixing their asymmetry. Since then, I've learned a lot, and also have improved my asymmetry quite a bit!

It's also important to note that not ALL facial asymmetry is caused by this imbalance in the tongue/jaw, however, many of the people I've spoken to have this same pattern of imbalance.
