In this very first episode of Step Up & Stand Out, I’m doing exactly what I encourage other women to do every day, stepping into visibility, embracing vulnerability, and beginning before I feel completely ready.

This episode isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about choosing to begin anyway.

I share why bravery isn’t the absence of fear, but the willingness to feel it… and move forward regardless. We’ll explore how self-belief shapes confidence, leadership, and the stories we tell ourselves, and why so many capable women still hold back, even when they’re more than ready.
