How to make the Ultimate Beetroot Crisps | Oil Free | Ninja Air Fryer & Dehydration Function

How to make the best oil free beetroot or root vegetable crisps, which are 'Whole Food Plant Based' (WFPB) compatable. Also suitable for vegetarian, vegan and plant based. This is incredibly easy, versatile and a healthy snack and great to add texture and depth to cooking recipes.

Simply slice up your root vegetables by hand or with a guilletine, but ensuring they are consistently thin to ensure even cooking.

Set your airfryer to airfry function at 150 degrees and cook for 5-10 mins. If your root vegetables are caramelised but still contain water, set to dehydrate function on 40-60 degrees for around an hour to dry out.

Alternatively, place on a baking tray and place into a preheated oven on a low heat (90 degrees) and roast slowly for 90-120 mins, whilst checking and turning every 20 mins.
