WI v. Darrell Brooks - Officer Bryce Scholton Testifies

"I'm trained to stop the threat and you were the threat." Officer Bryce Scholton of the Waukesha Police testified that he fired shots at the red SVU as it plowed through the Waukesha Christmas Parade. On cross-examination, Officer Scholton was questioned by the suspect he identified as the driver of that red SUV, defendant Darrell Brooks.
