Southern Highlands Governor, William Powi is calling on the Police hierarchy to make arrests into missing electoral forms.

This comes after officials were surprised to open an empty container that was supposed to contain electoral forms update.

He said this will affect the upcoming elections, as there is little time to conduct the common roll update to prepare for the elections.
