Defined Perm Rod Set On Stretched Type 4 Hair Using Eco Styler Gel

I'm showing you all how I achieved this defined perm rod set starting on dry stretched hair. This was my second time trying this out, the first time was a few years ago and it was a big fail, so I'm really impressed with the way it turned out this time!
