Luang Prabang has so many food options like grocery stores, markets, and restaurants. As slow travelers we like to get food we can make at home, but we also enjoy eating out if we can find reasonably priced restaurants.
As a tourist destination, there are lots of great places to stay. Prices of accommodations vary depending on what you're looking for and how long you're staying.
For personal care, Luang Prabang also has lots of places to go to get a massage or take a yoga class, with costs varying depending on the level of luxury you're going for.
Getting around Luang Prabang is easy as you can walk for free or take inexpensive rides using ride-hailing apps.
There is plenty to do in Luang Prabang as well, from free to nominally priced activities.
ATM fees here are also lower than other places we've visited.
