Creamy Chicken with Zucchini, Peppers, and Sweet Chili Sauce

Ingredients:
• Chicken tenderloins
• Mini peppers
• Zucchinis
• Onion
• Garlic
• Olive oil
• Salt
• Black pepper
• Universal seasoning
• Sweet chili sauce
• Sesame oil
• Heavy cream
• Green onion
• Sesame seeds

Instructions:
1. Cut zucchini into rounds if small; halve or quarter if larger.
2. Cut mini peppers into smaller pieces.
3. Slice onions.
4. Mince garlic.
5. Cut chicken tenderloins into bite-sized pieces.
6. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
7. Add sliced onions and cook until softened.
8. Add minced garlic and mix well.
9. Add chicken pieces to the pan.
10. Season with salt, black pepper, and universal seasoning.
11. Cook until the chicken is browned and almost done.
12. Add mini peppers and zucchini to the pan.
13. Mix and sauté briefly.
14. You can cover with a lid, stirring occasionally.
15. When the vegetables are nearly ready, add sweet chili sauce, sesame oil, and heavy cream.
16. Mix well and let it thicken to your desired consistency.
17. Serve over cooked rice.
18. Garnish with chopped green onion and sesame seeds.
