Unique Worm Bin Bedding Technique + Cocoon Nursery Check In | Vemicompost Worm Farm

Worm babies & cocoons are abundant in the nursery & the worm tower gets a totally unique form of bedding as we check in & feed the top tray of my Vermihut worm bin. Each of the four trays on this stack are in a different phase of worm composting as these red wiggler & blue worms make nutrient rich worm castings for my garden.

The bedding & food scraps are quickly turning into castings in the top tray and it is getting very full. This will probably be the last feeding before I start a new active tray on top. We also run into some old food scraps & lots of worms as we dig through & aerate the bedding in preparation for this weeks feeding.
