Cities Skylines - Littletown: 23 - They getting more housing

Littletown is a Cities Skylines series in which I share what I am building with the rest of the community. The town itself will take the shape of a high-wealth, small coastal town that has a thriving tourism industry. We will build awesome homes for our residents, awesome resorts for our visitors, and we will make the town look as aesthetically pleasing as possible.
