My Workout Routine Post DOUBLE MASTECTOMY (0-6 weeks). I documented my workouts after my surgery and this video provides a breakdown of what I did week by week. These exercises were in addition to my daily rehab exercises.

I was cautious and ensured that all exercises were pain-free, with no pulling at my incision sites, no redness/swelling and no activation of my chest muscles for the first number of weeks.
