Below are only my subjective associations and ideas that are not pretending to be convincing and may distort your own perception of the piece.

The first contact with this music left me breathless; one may have a similar feeling standing alone in the dark forest looking at the stars, or having a colorful dream about distant worlds, or observing the landscape from the top of the mountain, realizing and noticing a beauty of the planet, which was neglected from below.
This music is as much fantasy-like as you would wish.
First movement is divided into four brief sections: a meditative intro, which introduces us to a place with no concepts of time and space in the sense we perceive it; Then (01:15) the "Fantasy" itself begins, with a brief developing of the material that is post-romantic by its nature. It is abruptly interrupted on the peak of it's force.
The next section (03:30) is built on minimalistic formulas and combines majestic but inexpressive, rather indifferent arpeggio waves in the left hand, and highly intensive "shouts" in the right hand. The Ocean of Solaris, was my first association with this section.
The last section (05:55) brings as much tension and feeling of danger, as a hunting scene from a 1987 Predator movie, if you know what I mean.
The second movement, Rondo, rethinks a "Perpetuum Mobile" in a modern way, but one may feel a touch of a primordial violence of the ancient people, which still remains to be a very contemporary subject, unfortunately.
The third movement develops a material which was exposed at the beginning of the piece.
The last movement starts with a small annoying rain, but then we realize that it is only a background. On the foreground there is nothing less than a great battle of Saint George and the Dragon.
