This WEEKEND CLASSICS RADIO SHOW presents 18 very popular songs tuned on traditional music composed by great saint poet Ramprasad Sen. Rabindranath Tagore, Dwijendralal Roy, Atulprasad Sen & Rajanikanta Sen were influenced by this simple traditional tune set by RAMPRASAD. Rabindranath used this tune in his musical play VALMIKI PRATIBHA and in case of other Patriotic and fun songs. Dwijendralal, Atulprasad & Rajanikanta also improvised this tune in their many Spiritual & Patriotic songs .
