For this session I eagerly headed to a local stretch of the South Stratford Canal for a morning on the waggler. This stretch had been closed to boats due to a broken lock in the vicinity, preventing the through passage of watercraft, meaning no disturbance to the fish or angler, but would the fish be biting with the sun shining?...
