1 oz pineapple juice (30 ml)
5 ml acid solution
½ oz orgeat (15 ml)
½ oz orange curacao (15 ml)
2 oz of rum (60 ml)

POG Mai Tai
1 oz POG juice (30 ml)
4 ml acid solution
½ oz orgeat (15 ml)
½ oz orange curacao (15 ml)
2 oz of lighter rum (60 ml)

Strawberry Guava
2 oz of our strawberry lilikoi
5 ml acid solution
¼ oz mac nut orgeat if you got it
2 oz of an aged rum

2 ml of the citric acid solution
