বাংলাদেশ জাতীয় ক্রিকেট দলের সফল অধিনায়ক ও নড়াইল-২ আসনের এমপি মাশরাফী বিন মোর্ত্তজা নির্বাচিত হওয়ার পর দ্বিতীয়বারের মতো আবারও তার নির্বাচনী এলাকার উন্নয়ন কার্যক্রম এগিয়ে নেয়ার জন্য বিরামহীন দৌঁড়ঝাপ করেছেন।
গত ২৪ এপ্রিল নড়াইলে এসেই সুধিজনের সাথে মতবিনিময়কালে ৩০ মে বিশ্বকাপ খেলতে যাচ্ছেন বলে দোয়া চেয়ে বিরাহীনভাবে এলাকার উন্নয়নের জন্য দৌঁড়ঝাপ শুরু করেন।
এ দৌঁড়ঝাপের মধ্যে এমপি মাশরাফি বিন মোর্ত্তজার প্রথম টার্গেট জেলার সকল মানুষের মানসম্মত স্বাস্থ্যসেবার উন্নয়ন ঘটানো।
তার ধারাবাহিকতায় ২৫ এপ্রিল নড়াইল সদর আধুনিক হাসপাতাল পরিদর্শন করেন। দুপুরে হাসপাতাল পরিদর্শনকালে কর্তব্যরত চিকিৎসকদের না দেখে মাশরাফী বিন মোর্ত্তজার প্রথম হাসপাতালের তত্বাবধায়ক ডা: মো: আব্দুস শাকুর এবং পরে সিনিয়র সাজারী ডা: আকরাম হোসেনকে মুঠোফোনে যোগাযোগ করে কথা বলেন।
