..Its just me explaining what I learned after doing the job..this should be helpful if your new...Using the clark American floor drum sander and the corner sander is needed as well for a 25,000 sq foot job...we rented 2 floor sanders.. it took 8 with both going, also rented 2 edge sanders.. only took 4 hours.. much less time and did a better job than the belt... someday I'll post more before after..but don't have the time
