This jeera rice is very mildly spiced only with pepper corns and loads of jeera/cumin seeds that renders a wonderful flavor. This is not very rich in spices and strong flavors, yet this flavorful jeera rice pairs up with any rich curry of your choice.

Cashews - 7 no.
Jeera - 1 tsp
Shahi Jeera - 3/4 tsp
Pepper- 5 no.
Ghee - 1.5 tsp
Salt- To taste
