In June 2024, the Cocoa Masterclass, founded by Kate Cavallin at Cacao Latitudes, went to Ghana for an immersive educational experience, in partnership with Three Mountains Cocoa.

While we were there, ACM's Founder & CEO, Dr. Kristy Leissle, asked Cocoa Masterclass participants and instructors what surprised them about Ghana and its cocoa.

Who takes the Cocoa Masterclass?

Cocoa Masterclass participants are cocoa and chocolate professionals or aspiring professionals, who are looking to gain further insights into cocoa markets and botany through experiential learning.
