Specifically Veigar's Evil has The following changes:
Difficulty: 60
Doom Bots receive Veigar's passive, Phenomenal Evil Power, gaining Adaptive Force per successful spell hit
Players receive 200 item haste
Curses stack, when a new Curse activates, the old one remains
New Prismatic Item: Demon King's Crown
Cost: Gold 2500
Unique Passive - Supremacy: Increase your total attack damage, ability power, attack speed, maximum health, armor, magic resistance, and ability haste by 20%, further increased by 1% for each champion An icon representing the keyword Takedown takedown and reduced by 3% for each death after acquiring the item.

The Curses,
Curses are global debuffs casted by the Doom Bots or the map against players. Curses rotate randomly with each cast, On Easy difficulty, Veigar summons one at a time, on Hard, he summons two. The current list of curses include:

Baleful Strike: Veigar is casting Baleful Strike at you
Brush Attack: Someone keeps throwing poisonous mushrooms from those bushes
Center of the Universe: The Doom Bots have gained Center of the Universe
Corrupted Lamb's Respite: All living things find a respite from death in this zone
Crescent Guard: The Doom Bots are impervious to damage dealt from outside this circle
Dark Matter: Veigar is casting Dark Matter at you
Event Horizon: Veigar is casting Event Horizon at you
Event Horizon & Dark Matter: Veigar is casting Event Horizon and Dark Matter at you
Fiddlesticks' Effigies: Fiddlesticks' effigies could be hiding in the bushes
Giant Teemo Dart: Veigar asked Teemo to fire giant darts at you
Mirror Image: The Doom Bots have Mirror Image
Polymorph Zones: Zones Lulu's Polymorph magic are appearing around the map
Realm Warp: Ryze's Realm Warp will teleport you towards the Doom Bots
Rebirth: Killed Doom Bots will be Reborn from an egg
Shroud: Doom Bots in this zone are shrouded from view
Tiny Time: Not so big now! You have become smaller and have reduced health... but you have gained movement speed, attack speed, and ability haste. Is this a short joke? Killing minions will shrink you!
Tempered Fate: Bard's Tempered Fate will put everyone into stasis
Tornado Chaser: This Tornado will hunt you down
