To make sure you get fluffy and soft texture, you need a super soft dough. Adjust the liquid according to your flour so that you can have donuts that melt in your mouth. Like all other breads, donuts are best when they are freshly made and will turn stale over time. If you cannot finish them the same day(that's not happening for me), store them in a freezer bag and put them in the freezer.

炸制油温:170-180°C/340-350°F。油温不可太高

All purpose flour300g
Milk(may sub. with 125g water) 130g
1 Egg(67g w. shell, adjust the weight difference with milk)
Unsalted Butter 40g
Sugar 35g(2 3/4 Tbsp)
Salt 3g(1/2 tsp)
Instant Yeast 5g(1 1/4 tsp)
Toppings:
Sugar 40g(3 Tbsp)
Ground Cinnamon 2g(1 Tsp)
Frying Temp:170-180°C/340-350°F
