Tasting the Catalyst Fermented Witbier

This video is a recap of my experience with the Catalyst Fermentation System. A plastic conical fermentor meant to deliver conical fermentor type features with the price advantage of top of line line plastics.
We start this video with a review of the recipe for the witbier and a tasting. I explain how my original orange witbier plans fell through for the love of the blog. We add in some fresh orange halfway through to see if we can emulate the addition of orange peel to the boil kettle.
We finish the video with my final review of how dumping the yeast and racking to the keg worked with the valve and jar system at the base of the fermentor.
Great beer and a good review, if I do say so myself.
