When budgets constrain funding for academic programs, it is critical to be able to measure the Academic Return on Investment (AROI) of these programs in a way that clearly supports funding decisions. This approach uses existing district data and staff expertise to compare AROI across a range of programs and, at the same time, provides district staff with the ability to use the model in the future. Patricia and Dave will share with you how this process allowed Hopkins Public Schools to reduce its program budget by $250,000 annually.
