How to make Banh Hoi

Ingredients and recipe
▪️ lettuce,green leaf, mints, cucumber

✔️Marinate beef
▪️ 1 kg beef
▪️ 2 tbsp fish sauce
▪️ 2 tbsp oyster sauce
▪️ 2 tbsp sugar
▪️ 1 tsp chicken powder
▪️ 1 tsp pepper
▪️ 1 bulb garlic
▪️ half find sliced lemon grass

✔️Sweet Fish Sauce
▪️ 1 cup water - 240ml
▪️ 1/2 cup sugar- 100g
▪️ 1/4 cup fish sauce 65ml
▪️ 1/4 cup lime juice - 65ml
▪️ 2 cloves garlic
▪️ shallots
▪️ chillies to your liking

✔️How to cook dry Banh Hoi

▪️Original White Banh Hoi - soak in hot boil water for 2 minutes drain water out and put them in layers on a tray

▪️ Pandan Banh Hoi - soak in hot boil water for 3 minutes. Drain water out after 3 minutes and put them in layers on a tray.
