Some returned to their homes to find nothing left after they were destroyed by the Los Angeles wildfires. Almost 30,000 people have been evacuated. As homes continued to burn in the Pacific Palisades area, firefighters were frustrated by lack of water pressure. A fire captain said some homes could have been saved if more water were available. NBC News’ Tom Llamas, Gadi Schwartz, Morgan Chesky, Steve Patterson, Liz Kreutz and Jacob Soboroff reports.
