Story:
While Phoebe is in New York she gets drawn into a circle of dark witches and Andy the local police officer notices it and tells Phoebe's sisters about it. Then it's up to Prue and Piper to go and save her so Grams gives them powers. But when they go to save her stuff gets out of hands and then the cleaners step in to fix all of it. They (the cleaners) know if they kill Grams Phoebe will come to San Francisco and the power of three will be formed and all of the three sisters will be saved but at the cost of their grandmother's life.
