Please Note: the Vitamix is not required. If you have a blender that does not allow you to control the speed, try to full your bottle or blender up to as max capacity as possible. That way there is as little air in the container as possible. It's the air in the blender in conjunction with the rigorous movement that causes foam to come on top of protein shake. it's also important to note that the phone is not bad the foam of the side that the Smoothie or Shake is actually blended properly.
