We're taking questions live in the chat or anonymously at dcx.to

I'm interviewing for someone to replace my role and have asked each candidate to provide a case study to present, I have made notes of what I would like to see but wanted other opinion(s). I wanted to make a checklist of what to look for in a case study.

I've heard you talk about product-market fit a couple of times and I also noticed you have a course about it. Can you share a little bit about this subject, please? What is it? Who is responsible for doing it? UX? PM? Is it a part of a bigger process? At what point should it be done or is it optional?

What are your guys thoughts and experiences with UX coaches? They are people who understand the field of UX but also understand how to get a job within this competitive and crazy market by giving you networking tips, personal branding advice and more to land interviews and job offers without having to mass apply all the time. I feel like this is one thing I can do since there are so many ghost jobs out there and the saying "it's not what you know, it's who knows you."

What would be your response to people who say that 'just enough' is sufficient for UX design and that design is low ROI? And that they are getting by with that? (A lot of people don't understand the depth of the specialisation or their limitations in terms of abilities)

a follow up question: Is there a place for us at such orgs? Is there a career path? You're not rewarded for your efforts then

Any tips for standing out as a junior UX Designer beyond design thinking? I’m struggling to show that UX is more than visuals, as I focus on true UX/UCD, not UI skills.

What do you do if you're applying as a UXR and the hiring manager is the UX lead and their public design portfolio is full of UX and UI design flaws? 😬
