A super healthy meal to give you tons of energy with high protein and high nutrients to help you recover fast from your training runs and even if you’re not a runner, this is a great meal for energy and for health! This is one of my favourite meals!!

spinach, carrots, cucumber, white mushrooms, turkey breast, not processed turkey, and nondairy cheese, dries with a homemade dressing, made with coconut oil, balsamic vinegar, and powdered spices and lemon juice shaken up really well and kept in the fridge. Yum Yum I love this , so much, and I decided to share it with you today.

when you believe in yourself, and love yourself, it is no bother to take that extra time to create something for your body. That is really healthy… Remember that you are worth the effort!!!
