What is Sierra Company?

Sierra Company is one of the last true hardcore military clans on Halo 5. Since the release of Halo 4, MCC, and 5, the Halo mil-so community, and the community as a whole, has taken a massive hit. Sierra's mission is to bring competitiveness, competence, and old school mil-sim clans back to the fold. This is a tough challenge-but we have capable leaders with real military experience, members who know the ropes, reasonable rules and regulations, and effective use of military tactics and communication. Sierra's achieved a lot so far-and things are only looking up.

Can I trust the leadership?

Yes, Sierra Company pride's ourselves on being figures that promote fairness, Integrity and respect. We look at ourselves as one cohesive unit pursuing a singular goal - We are fundamentally a team, To be selfish or to work against the unit would be detrimental to our overall objective, as-well as who we are fundamentally.
