Apple Butter Cinnamon Rolls recipe - it's delicious! [no mixer]

I love cinnamon rolls so much. So when I was thinking about what I want to bake with apples, one of my first thoughts went to cinnamon rolls. I then started to think about what I can fill them with, and I came up with apple butter! So here’s some apple butter cinnamon rolls. :)

Ingredients:
Cinnamon Roll Dough
3/4 cup (180 milliliters) milk
1/4 cup (50 grams) sugar
2 1/4 teaspoons (7 grams) instant yeast
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 3/4 cups (340 grams) flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg
Oil for coating
Egg wash
Apple Butter, makes around 500 grams but will only use 350 grams
1.5 pounds apples
1/2 cup apple cider or apple juice
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Pinch of salt
Half lemon
Cinnamon Sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Apple Cider Cream Cheese Frosting
4 ounces cream cheese
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 cup (120 grams) powdered sugar
1 cup (236 milliliters) apple cider
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Pinch of salt
