We're having trouble explaining an issue we're having with our new induction stove to Samsung over the phone, so I am uploading a video of it so they can view it.

Had the motherboard replaced and the technician admitted it was "weird" and told us he couldn't figure out what would cause the problems.

This isn't meant to be an attack on Samsung...just showing what the issue is. Hopefully it's an easy fix.
