Описание к видео How the University of Kentucky Swim Team Trains - NCAA Division I Stroke Training

Initially a skeptic, Gary Conelly was one of the first adapters of the Endless Pool Elite for his University of Kentucky NCAA Division I swimming program. Conelly, a former Olympian, loves the opportunity to train his swimmers in a one-on-one environment, providing the most immediate feedback possible right next to the swimmer.

""It's the biggest step forward in swimming technology that's come along in a long time.""

Using the adjustable, smooth swim current to its fullest advantage, Conelly can slow down the current to build proper technique and then increase to race pace, challenging any swim stroke. When a breakdown occurs, he is able to quickly and efficiently slow down the current once again and reconstruct proper technique.

""As far as coaching on stroke, this is about as good as it gets.""

As a stroke training device, the Endless Pool is perfect for Division I athletes, Olympians, and the average leisure swimmer. Though the pace can reach up to :51/100 yards, it can adjust to be much slower and adapt to more novice swimmers as well. You don’t have to be a Division I athlete to be able to enjoy an Endless Pool!
