Kaufmann’s presentation tells Alabama’s story through its historic tower clocks and bells. From its earliest history through the Civil Rights movements, the bells of Alabama have rung out in remembrance of the state’s solemn and sacred moments. Kaufmann encourages listeners to consider the historic significance of bells and the need for their preservation.
