'What Sales Training have you had...?'

Almost always the answers are..

'None..'

'I did a one day workshop 5 years ago..'

'We did something about 15 years ago..'

'I was given a product brochure, a phone and a customer list and told get out there and generate sales..'

'It was just SINK OR SWIM..'
