The chicken is cleaned, trimmed of fat, seasoned and marinated overnight. It is then coated in a seasoned egg and breadcrumb/ all-purpose flour batter and sprayed with a natural olive oil spray. From there it is baked in a preheated 375-degree oven until golden brown and the chicken is fully cooked. Crispy, seasoned, juicy, healthier alternative to fried chicken, and absolutely delicious.
