ALBA 4S/Elliott 18s SHAPING MACHINE (MADE IN ENGLAND)

hi all, just a quick video of the alba 4s shaping machine, sorry for the poor quality (I must get a new camera)
I recently purchased from:
new Romney rail station. who was selling it
the alba 4s shaper is approx. 1400 kg in weight, the shaper isn't where its going, its where its been offloaded to work on plus I have an overhead winch in the workshop to help move it while working on it, after that can move it with a engine hoist to a new position in the workshop.
this is the first time started, will put another video up soon of the shaper cutting some metal.
I have a few more checks to make, plus want to run the machine up for a few hours, so I can finish setting up
when I got the shaper it had very slight damage to the stroke adjust leadscrew, so we had to make from scratch.
after I made the leadscrew it was time to re-build the shaper,
I wasn't going to paint the machine, but after painting the lettering , it looked to good to miss
so spent a week and a bit more , stripping the machine & vice down and gave it a fresh coat of paint.
also had to re-wire the shaper that was 3 phase back in.
also changed the 3 fan belts for new ones, the motor is 3 phase
you may see the shaper struggle to run, in the first few seconds, (I had the convertor set wrong for 1/2 hp instead of the 3 hp needed
I also crunched the gears while trying to change the speed, this would not of happened if I had the other hand free instead of on the camera !!.
