Transitioning from short form creator to long form creator has been an interesting journey. I knew I needed to make this pivot for 3 reasons:

1. I noticed my attention span was getting worst
2. The censorship towards 🌿 was getting worst on short form platforms
3. I didn’t feel like I could properly express myself or give full context about 🌿 with short videos

I’m still navigating this shift and there’s alot of unknowns, but what I do know is that I LOVE creating on YouTube and podcasting. I love longer conversations, giving context, and slowing things down.

In some ways; short form content exacerbated my anxiety and my go-go-go personality 😂 slowing down has helped me get back to the core of who I am, what I want for myself, and allow me to focus my efforts on the biggest priorities and goals.

I know this video isn’t really related to 🌿, but I think alot of you who follow me along here are also interested a variety of other topics like health and entrepreneurship, so I figured this might be interesting for some of yall!
