"Digitale Purpurea" takes its name from Digitalis Purpurea, the foxglove flower—both a healing remedy and a powerful toxin, depending on the dose. Inspired by this delicate balance between the healing power of music and the deep emotions it can evoke, this live performance is an immersive journey for solo electric guitar and electronics.

A single person playing in an empty, bare room with the only company of electronic soundscapes waving around. Baroque-inspired arpeggios merge with sweeping synth textures, ambient soundscapes, and horn-like electronic sounds. As it unfolds, the guitar ventures into ever-expanding musical branches—it unravels only to dissolve into a sea of digital reflections. At its peak, the instrument is submerged in a tidal wave of a low synthetic frequency and shimmering, glitch-like sounds—a sonic experience that mimics a digital sound bath.
