Dillon Powder Measure - Fixes and Upgrades! No more spill, improved consistency, Failsafe feature

While restoring four old-pattern Dillon Powder Measures, I came across a couple of nice fixes and upgrades that helped me improve my consistency and greatly reduce powder spillage.

When initially trying one of the old-pattern measures with the large slider bar, not only were my drops really inconsistent, I was also getting powder spillage with every stroke!

Watch me upgrade one of the old style Dillon Powder Measures to the new Failsafe system, fix some issues with the construction of the measure and perform a very nice upgrade that will reduce another potential source of powder spillage PLUS greatly help improve your drop consistency!
