Speech by Mr. Vladimir Cúk, Representative of European Disability Forum, as part of International Disability Alliance, during the Post-2015 Intergovernmental Negotiations on 21 January 2015. Mr. Vladimir Cúk is Serbian. UN-NGLS and UN DESA Division for Sustainable Development co-facilitated an open and participatory process in partnership with a Stakeholder Steering Committee to identify 21 speakers for an interactive dialogue with UN Member States during the January negotiating session. This process ensured regional and gender balance, diversity of expertise, constituencies and age among stakeholder speakers.
