This period lasted for years - some sources say 40 days, others say much longer. Eventually, through divine intervention or clever trickery, Solomon recovered his ring and reclaimed his throne. But the experience changed him forever. He realized the terrifying power the ring held and the danger it posed to humanity.

Before his death, King Solomon made a fateful decision. Rather than pass the ring down to his heirs or hide it away, he allegedly threw it into the depths of the sea (some versions say the Sea of Galilee, others say the Mediterranean). He understood that no mortal should possess such power - the temptation would be too great, and the consequences too severe.

The ring's fate remains one of history's greatest unsolved mysteries. Did it ever really exist? Was it purely allegorical, representing Solomon's God-given wisdom? Or is it still out there, somewhere beneath the waves, waiting to grant ultimate power to whoever finds it?
