[ INGREDIENTS ]

🍁For Vanilla Cake Sponge:
6 inch cake mould
1/2 cup all purpose flour/maida (60 gm)
1/2 tsp baking powder (2.5 gm)
1/4 tsp salt (optional)
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup sugar
2 eggs at room temperature


🍁For sugar syrup:
2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup water

🍁For cream frosting:
1cup chilled whipped cream
2 tsp powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
green gel food colour
yellow gel/liquid food colour
2 tbsp neutral glaze gel
2-3 drops red gel food colour

🍁For garnishing:
silver sugar balls

[1 cup= 240ml ]
