I reuploaded this to youtube because I could not find a copy on youtube and Internet Archive was down at time of upload. A friend of mine dug around to find the VK upload.

Edit: It was brought to my attention that this might have been artificially interpolated to 50fps by the VK uploader (Not Me!), so this might not be the best version of the film. I still personally believe that having this upload available for archival purposes (seeing as we can't seem to currently find a better source for the original animation) is important.
