For each utility, parts like junction boxes or fire hydrants are added, with details such as class, color, and cost specified. The process involves defining plan view, profile view, and 3D view blocks for accurate representation. For storm utilities, parts like a DI seven junction box or a 15-inch RCP class III pipe are created, with specifications for dimensions, thickness, and unit weight. This methodical approach allows for building a comprehensive parts library tailored to specific project needs.
