Intention (Sankalpa):
I allow myself to fall into a deep restful sleep, knowing that I will awaken refreshed and rejuvenated.
Before you begin:
– Lie down somewhere comfortable, ideally where you can sleep afterward
– Use headphones for a more focused experience
– There’s no need to stay alert, allow yourself to drift off(if it happens naturally)
You don’t have to get it right. Just follow along at your own pace and let the practice meet you where you are.
